Description:  The SAP Solutions Owner II will have primary responsibility for delivery of the BSI suite of product offerings, Professional Services and integrations in the SAP channel. 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field preferred
  • Proficiency with SAP payroll/HCM offerings
  • 15+ years’ software industry related business process and/or change management experience
  • 15+ years of project management experience including building, setting up, overseeing and leading and/or managing services teams
  • This position is subject to a background check
  • Experience planning projects with SOWs and change orders, etc
  • Customer and relationship-focused with strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to plan and facilitate meetings effectively
  • A record of communicating complex matters to varied audiences
  • Ability to coordinate and maintain excellent working relationships with internal groups and external 3rd party vendors to accomplish the objectives of the projects
  • Experience managing multiple projects concurrently

Description:  The Human Resources Associate provides support to Human Resources management re: all aspects of the company’s HR areas. 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree; HR concentration desirable
    • Minimum 5 years recent Human Resources administration experience
  • No degree – minimum 7 years recent Human Resources administration experience
  • SHRM certification required
  • Ability to skillfully gather and analyze information and identify and resolve problems
  • Ability to communicate clearly and persuasively, both orally and in writing
  • Detail orientation; efficient prioritization and time usage
  • Ability to multi-task and to work accurately and effectively under deadline pressures
  • Web-based Human Capital Management/HR experience; Ceridian – Dayforce is a plus
  • Recent experience with automated Performance Management software

Desktop Administrator II

BSI currently has an opening for Desktop Administrator II in our Technology Park, Norcross, GA headquarters.

Description:  The Desktop Administrator II provides PC hardware support, troubleshooting and maintenance in a fast paced Microsoft Windows environment.  Ensures the deployment of desktop platforms to the network infrastructure, their performance, security, databases, accessibility, backups and recovery.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree, Technical Trade Degree, or equivalent experience preferred.
  • Minimum of 4 years desktop support experience working in an Active Directory, Microsoft Exchange and SQL server environment. 
  • A+ or MCP certification a plus.
  • Position is subject to a background check
  • Is able to work long hours to support emergency response as needed to correct system failures.
  • Is able to stay on top of new technologies as they emerge and impact our business.
  • Linux / Unix experience a plus
  • Demonstrates good written and oral communications skills, necessary to effectively communicate with technical and non-technical personnel as well as to teach, and lead technical discussions and information.
