Business Software, Inc. “BSI”, a leading provider of regulatory and compliance software for automated payroll systems, is currently seeking a Purchasing Administrator.
The Purchasing Administrator will be responsible for overseeing various purchase order, supplier and related contracts, including preparation of forms, abstracting contracts, readying contracts for execution, returning contracts to suppliers, entering and maintaining related data and assisting department staff with various projects.
Qualified candidates will possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, have a least 3 years’ experience as a Purchasing Administrator, preferably in a software company, and be proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel. Salesforce.com experience is a plus. College degree or paralegal certificate preferred. No telecommuters or relocation.
