Description: The Associate Compliance Administrator assists in the implementation and maintenance of compliance programs for the organization administering compliance and risk related assessments, inputting and maintaining data in various compliance tools, scanning and uploading documents in corporate databases, abstracting contracts, assisting with certain procurement and contracts functions, as needed, and performing all administrative tasks related to the foregoing.
- College degree preferred
- Paralegal certificate preferred
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience as an administrator
- Familiarity with legal terms
- Strong MS Office skills – Extensive experience with MS Word and MS Excel
- excellent verbal, written and organizational skills
- Salesforce.com experience a plus
- Compliance tools experience a plus
