PRIVACY POLICY – BUSINESS SOFTWARE, INC. (“BSI”)
BSI recognizes that privacy is important. While BSI is committed to protecting the privacy of its users, we do collect some personal and non-personal information regarding the use of those websites operated by, or on behalf of, BSI (collectively the “Site”). This Privacy Policy describes and explains to our users BSI’s information collection practices. This Privacy Policy applies solely to information collected through use of the Site and not to the privacy policies of any other sites you may access via links provided on the Site, over which BSI has no control or influence.
INFORMATION COLLECTED
BSI collects varying amounts of information regarding use of the Site, in general, and our users, in particular, through, among other methods, direct prompts to provide information or the use of cookies. Information collected by BSI falls into three primary categories:
1. Information That Site Visitors Give Us: We may receive and store the information that you enter at our Site, provide to us on a webpage or give to us in any other way. This information is used primarily for such purposes as facilitating purchases, webinars, training or demonstrations, making white papers available, processing a user’s identification or password, collecting address and billing information, verifying identity or providing products, services or support. Information provided in resumes and applications is used to consider the eligibility of employment candidates for various job opportunities. In addition to the primary purposes for which this information is collected by BSI, we may also use such information to contact a user to confirm information related to an order, to advise of additional products or services in which a user may be interested, to obtain feedback on our products or the Site or to send promotional materials.
2. Automatic Information: Whenever you interact with the Site, we may receive and store certain types of information. For example, BSI may use information collected via "cookies" to, among other things, obtain information when your web browser accesses our Site, track general information about our users, for statistical and market research purposes, to determine how a user found out about BSI and our Site, to determine what a user’s interests are regarding our services and products and to determine how to further improve our Site, services and product offerings. A cookie is an alphanumeric identifier that is transferred to your computer via your web browser and stored on your computer’s hard drive to establish a link between your computer and our Site. On most web browsers you will find a “help” section on the toolbar. 3. E-Mail Communications: BSI may also receive and store certain types of information to make the e-mails we send you more helpful and relevant to your interests. For instance, if your computer supports this functionality, we may receive a confirmation when you open an e-mail we send you. We may also receive a confirmation when you follow a hyperlink from one of our e-mail messages to our Site.
LIMITED USE
We are not in the business of selling information about our Site visitors. We consider this information to be a vital part of our relationship with you and we treat it with great care and respect. There are, however, circumstances under which we may share your data with certain third parties. BSI will share personal information with third parties:

BSI only shares your personal information in such circumstances with trusted third party business partners or persons that have agreed to process your personal information in accordance with our instructions and to protect and secure your personal information in a manner consistent with this Privacy Policy;
- When required by law, regulation, legal process, enforceable government request or to protect against imminent harm or in the good-faith belief that such disclosure is necessary to comply with law, regulation, legal process, enforceable government request or to protect against imminent harm;
- When necessary to enforce any agreements between us, including the investigation of any potential violations thereof; or
- To detect, prevent or otherwise address fraud, security or technical issues.
BSI may share non-personal information with third parties. BSI, however, will at all times strive to collect and share only that information which we believe is minimally necessary to achieve BSI’s reasonable business purposes.
CHOICE
As outlined in this Privacy Policy, you can always choose not to provide information or turn cookies off; however, doing so may prevent you from receiving information about our products or services or accessing other valuable features of our Site.
If you want to review your own personal information, correct existing information, or remove your information, please contact BSI via e-mail at unsubscribe@bsi.com . If you request removal of your personal information, you acknowledge that residual information may continue to reside in BSI’s records and archives, and on its servers, but BSI will not use that information for commercial purposes. BSI reserves the right to maintain your personal information if BSI has suspended, limited or terminated your access to the Site for violating BSI’s Terms of Use.

SECURITY
BSI utilizes an industry standard secure socket layer to secure the Site, the materials contained thereon and your personal information. Unfortunately, BSI cannot guarantee that any data transmitted over the Internet is 100% secure. As a result, while BSI will utilize its best efforts to protect and secure your personal information, BSI cannot ensure or warrant the security of any information you either transmit to BSI or that BSI receives from your use of BSI’s online products or services. Consequently, any transmission to BSI of your personal information, including your use of our online products or services, is at your own risk.
LINKS TO THIRD PARTY SITES
You may be able to access third-party websites through links available on the Site. You understand and agree that your use of such third-party sites will be governed by the privacy policies of those sites and not by this Privacy Policy. BSI will not be responsible for the actions of the operators of such third-party websites.
CHILDREN
BSI does not knowingly collect information from children under the age of 13. We encourage parents and legal guardians to monitor their children’s Internet usage and to help enforce our Privacy Policy by instructing their children never to provide information on this Site without their permission.
CHANGES TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY
If you choose to visit the Site, your visit and any dispute over privacy is subject to this Privacy Policy. If you have any concern about privacy at the Site, please send an e-mail with a detailed description of your concern to contractadmin@bsi.com. Our activities and Site change constantly. Our privacy policies may change, as well. As such, BSI reserves the right to modify this Privacy Policy at any time, without notice. Our use of information that we receive and store is subject to the Privacy Policy in effect at the time of our use of such information. If we decide to change this Privacy Policy, the revised Privacy Policy will be posted on this Site. As such, please bookmark this page and visit frequently, to be made aware of any changes to this Privacy Policy, including any changes regarding the collection, use and disclosure of your personal information, since the last time you visited the Site.
