“Recently we had a serious issue that held up payroll processing for a day. The source of the problem ended up being with one of the recent BSI updates. BSI worked with us to troubleshoot the issue and engaged their representative later to develop a workaround solution. It was a lot of work and the call continued after 6 PM. The BSI representatives were extremely professional and had positive attitudes throughout the call.
