The Client Portal is a secured gateway made exclusively available to BSI customers currently active on Support for one or more BSI Products, which, among other things, provides access to a variety of customer specific Self-Serve Applications.
Background:
In order to access Client Portal a User ID and Password are required. BSI issued you a User ID and Password, via the BSI Access Security Form, upon licensing your first BSI Product. That User ID and Password will enable you to access all BSI Products licensed now and in the future. The BSI Access Security Form will remain in effect until superceded by a subsequent BSI Access Security Form issued by BSI.
Please note that you are contractually obligated to safeguard the BSI Access Security Form and the User ID and Password located thereon. Therefore, the BSI Access Security Form is best kept in a secured area with other information of similar importance. If the BSI Access Security Form is lost, the re-issuance cost is currently US$500.00.
